  1. Why should I use All American Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning?
IICRC Certified Technician Kevin McBride is also the owner of All American. This gives All American a special advantage over others because Kevin’s stamp of approval is on every job. An owner operator provides the ultimate in quality control. Our main objective is to deliver experience, courteous service and unrivaled results to each and every customer.

  2. What type of method does All American Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning use? All American uses a professional truck mounted unit to steam clean carpets and upholstery via hot water extraction. Steam cleaning is the number one recommended on location cleaning method by top carpet manufacturers. During this particular cleaning process, hot water is combined with our top of the line cleaning agents which breaks down dirt and stains and provides a thorough, deep down clean that other methods simply can not achieve.

  3. What is Fabric Protector and why do I need it? Fabric protector is the number one way to extend the life of carpet and upholstery fibers. Fabric protector will extend the stain resistance of your carpet and you will be able to easily clean spills and spots on your own. Manufacturers of stain resistant carpet recommend reapplication of fiber protector after periodic cleaning, especially in high traffic areas.

  4. We have pets and children – are your cleaning solutions safe? ABSOLUTELY! We also have pets and a baby so the use of mild, non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning solutions is essential. All American is able to incorporate the latest technology in cleaning performance without the use of dangerous chemicals. All American uses only the best cleaning solutions offered in our industry which produces the best results. We want to help bring a cleaner environment to you and your family because we care.

  5. Will your deodorizer/sanitizer eliminate the odors from our animals? (ie. urine) In most cases yes – but in some cases, no. Dog and Cat urine is powerful and can penetrate through the carpet into the padding and sometimes to the subfloor. Depending on the age and concentration of the pet stain, the unsightly spot may be removed, but there are some cases where the odor remains. To be safe, call All American for immediate spot removal.
